SUBSCRIPTION FOR TECNOMEN SHARES BY EXERCISING STOCK OPTIONS

After the increase in the share capital registered on June 16, 2006, a total of
25,000 Tecnomen shares were subscribed for the basis of the 2002B stock options
and a total of 10,000 Tecnomen shares for the basis of the 2002D stock options.
The nominal value of one share is EUR 0.08. The made subscriptions will increase
Tecnomen's share capital by EUR 2,800. The share capital is after the increase
EUR 4,720,446.24 dividing into 59,005,578 shares.

The increase in the share capital as a consequence of the made subscriptions is
estimated to enter into the Trade Register on December 13, 2006. The shares have
been applied for listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange Main List together with
the old shares. Trading with these shares is expected to start on the day after
the registration.

In terms of shareholder rights, the new shares are identical to the company
shares already traded on Helsinki Stock Exchange as from the registration date.

The subscription price for 2002B stock option is EUR 1.56 and for 2002D stock
option EUR 1.21.
