New shares of Tecnotree Plc registered with the trade register

A total of 12,500,000 new shares (the “New Shares”) issued in Tecnotree Plc's (the “Company”) has offered against payment to the CEO of the Company have been registered with the Trade Register on March 11, 2020.

The subscription price, EUR 125,000, will be recorded in full in the reserve of invested unrestricted equity.The subscribed new shares will carry out full shareholders rights as of the entry into the Trade Register.

Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company’s shares is 274,628,428 shares.
The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company’s existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about March 12, 2020.
