TECNOTREE CONTINUES TO BE THE PREFERRED CHOICE OF CELCOM                        

Tecnotree, a leading global provider of VAS and BSS/OSS platforms, is proud to  
announce that Celcom Axiata Berhad (formerly known as Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad) 
has chosen Tecnotree for implementing its Next Generation Mail (NGM) services.  

Celcom was keen to provide its subscribers an enhanced customer experience by   
ensuring world class value-added services. To realize this, Celcom was exploring
Next Generation Mail services that would provide integrated Voice/Video Mail    
services to its subscribers.                                                    

Tecnotree's offering consists of an NGM upgrade. This implementation will       
upgrade the existing system, enabling Voicemail and Video mail to be housed on  
the same platform. NGM will be delivered into three main clusters - 2 in        
Peninsula Malaysia and 1 in Sarawak respectively. Tecnotree's TMSED system is   
installed at Celcom since 1998. The upgrade, a part of Tecnotree's dynamic VAS  
suite, will help Celcom achieve its strategic objective of providing better and 
richer customer experience.
