Tecnotree supports Finnish operator DNA with enhanced customer care services

Espoo, Finland – Telecoms IT solutions provider Tecnotree today announced that it will supply an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution to Finnish operator, DNA.  Enabling DNA to consolidate all of its customer care IVR services onto one single platform, the solution utilises the Tecnotree Agility^TM Telecom and Media Server. The platform contains a Specialised Resource Function (SRF) to provide caller interaction, such as to play announcements and collect DTMF tones, in connection with the operator’s Intelligent Network (IN) services.

DNA’s customer care strategy called for a highly flexible and versatile, yet cost-efficient platform on which all IVR and SRF services could be consolidated. As a result, DNA will benefit from significant operational cost savings in the coming years. Additionally, Tecnotree is developing new IVR service applications with DNA.
