TECNOMEN LAUNCHED NEW COMMUNICATION TOOL WITH VODAFONE IRELAND                  

Tecnomen´s Missed Call Notification product was launched in conjunction with    
Vodafone Ireland, as Vodafone InTouch. The Tecnomen voicemail platform          
technology has enabled the Vodafone network to avail of this service.           

The missed call service notifies Vodafone's customers of calls missed whilst    
their phone is switched off, busy or out of coverage in instances where a       
voicemail is not left.                                                          

“This service assists us in assuring 100% call completion for our customers”,   
said Zoe Carroll, Postpay Marketing Manager, Vodafone Ireland. “Customer service
is extremely important to Vodafone and we constantly look at how we can add to  
our customer experience. By offering the In Touch service we help to ensure that
our customers need never miss a call again”, she continued.                     

The service has proved popular with Vodafone's customer base with 46% availing  
of Vodafone InTouch with 26% of those making call backs within the first hour.

and experience in messaging”, says Miika Reinikka, VP Messaging at Tecnomen.    
“Our partnership with Vodafone Ireland proves our commitment to our customers to
provide services based on different business models“, Mr Reinikka added.
