SUBSCRIPTION FOR TECNOMEN SHARES BY EXERCISING STOCK OPTIONS                    

After the increase in the number of shares registered on April 29, 2008, a total
of 25,000 Tecnomen shares have been subscribed for on the basis of the Tecnomen 
2002D stock options. The share subscription price was EUR 1.04 with stock       
options 2002D. The share subscription prices of the shares have been recorded   
fully in the invested non-restricted equity fund. After the share subscriptions 
the number of the shares is 59,277,078.                                         

The increase in the number of shares as a consequence of the made subscriptions 
has been entered into the Trade Register on June 6, 2008. The shares have been  
applied for listing on the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki Oy together with the old
shares as of June 9, 2008.                                                      

In terms of shareholder rights, the new shares are identical to the company     
shares already traded on OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki Oy as from the            
registration date.
