TECNOMEN RECEIVES USD 10 MILLION EXPANSION ORDERS FROM LATIN AMERICA            

Tecnomen has received major expansion orders for its Convergent Charging        
solution from an operator in Latin America. The orders consist of a subscriber  
capacity expansion and a traffic capacity expansion and total USD 10 million.   
The expansions will be delivered during the third quarter of 2008.              

The Tecnomen Convergent Charging solution includes functionality for prepaid and
post-paid billing, charging and rating of voice calls, video calls, raw data    
traffic and any type of content services in both mobile and fixed networks. The 
solution includes a new range of value-added services optimised for increasing  
ARPU. Tecnomen Convergent Charging has been pre-integrated with network         
equipment from leading network vendors, and supports simultaneous use of        
different network standards including GSM, TDMA and CDMA.
