TECNOMEN'S FINANCIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                   

Tecnomen Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2008 on Friday 6 
February 2009.                                                                  

In 2009 Tecnomen's Interim Reports will be released according to the following  
schedule:                                                                       

- 1-3/2009        Tuesday 28 April                                              
- 1-6/2009        Wednesday 12 August                                           
- 1-9/2009        Thursday 29 October                                           

A briefing will be held for analysts and media after the publication of these   
reports.                                                                        

Tecnomen publishes financial information in English and Finnish. All releases   
are posted in full on Tecnomen's website www.tecnomen.com as soon as they are   
published.                                                                      

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                          

Tecnomen's Annual General Meeting 2009 will be held on Thursday 19 March 2009 in
Helsinki, Finland.
