PROSPECTS FOR THE YEAR 2011

The company is currently executing a realigned strategy with an expanded offering. We are transforming to become a broad telecom IT solutions provider with encouraging progress. The product businesses (mainly voice messaging and prepaid systems) are maturing, while we expect new growth based on our new product and solutions portfolio, as announced on 14th February 2011.

The full year revenue and adjusted operating result is estimated to be at the level of 2010. The first quarter revenue and adjusted operating result will be below Q1 2010. Quarterly variations are considerable.

Adjusted operating result is operating result before R & D capitalization, amortization of this and one-time costs.
