Tecnotree strengthens Management Board

Tecnotree Corporation has appointed from internal ranks two new members onto the Management Board. Mr. Ilkka Aura has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for global sales, business development, regional operations and channel partner business. Mr. Timo Ahomäki has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, responsible for product management, marketing & industry foresight, product roadmap and IPR portfolio.

Chief Commercial Officer Timo Laaksonen will leave the company as of September 30^th, 2012.

The appointments are effective as of October 1^st, 2012.

The Management Board shall now consist of President & CEO Kaj Hagros, Chief Financial Officer Tuomas Wegelius, Chief Delivery Officer Padma Ravichander, Chief Technology Officer Timo Ahomäki and Chief Commercial Officer Ilkka Aura.

Alongside this announcement, Tecnotree Corporation amends the disclosure policy regarding management appointments. Subsequently, Tecnotree will only announce changes in the top management, the President & CEO as well as members of the Board of Directors.
