Tecnotree renews maintenance contract with NetOne 

Tecnotree, a global provider of telecom IT solutions, today announces that it has been awarded a maintenance contract by NetOne, a state owned Telecom operator in Zimbabwe.

Tecnotree applications have enhanced NetOne’s revenues and added value to its business over the years. In order to ensure continued and sustainable growth, NetOne relied on Tecnotree to provide continuous support to its platforms, and provide world class services to their end customers.

Under this new agreement Tecnotree will support NetOne’s postpaid, prepaid and hybrid subscribers over Tecnotree platforms across retail and enterprise segments. Tecnotree products to be supported are Agility Convergent Billing System, Agility Customer Relationship Management, Agility Mediation and Provisioning system.
