Tecnotree and MTN broaden partnership to boost operations across the operator group

Barcelona, Spain – Tecnotree and MTN Group, today announce a broader strategic partnership to make business critical IT solutions available across the group. 

For ten years, Tecnotree has partnered closely with Africa’s leading telecommunications group to provide business support systems and value added services across 16 networks in Africa and Middle East. Business critical IT solutions will be made available in countries that Tecnotree services.

Tecnotree will be focusing its efforts with MTN Group to provide agile, innovative and best-in-breed convergent billing, customer management and management dashboard solutions including creating a customer management platform that is able to fully service convergent products and services. The provision of these solutions will be made either as a local deployment, as a private cloud implementation serving several country operations, or as Tecnotree Managed Services boosting operational excellence.
