TIMO LAAKSONEN APPOINTED MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT BOARD                             

Mr. Timo Laaksonen, M.Sc. (Econ.), b. 1961, Vice President, Strategy and        
Business Development, has been appointed a Member of Management Board.          

The Management Board of Tecnotree consists of the following members: Kaj Hagros 
(CEO), Atul Chopra (COO), Naim Kazi (CTO), Tuomas Wegelius (CFO) and Timo       
Laaksonen (Vice President, Strategy and Business Development).
