TECNOTREE HAS RECEIVED EXPANSION ORDERS WORTH USD 4 MILLION FROM LATIN AMERICA  

Tecnotree has received expansion orders for its Convergent Charging, Next       
Generation Messaging and VPN solutions in Latin America. The orders consist of  
software licenses, capacity expansion, and new functionality and are in total   
USD 4.0 million. The orders will be delivered during the second and third       
quarters of 2010.                                                               

The Tecnotree Convergent Charging solution includes functionality for prepaid   
and post-paid billing, charging and rating of voice calls, video calls, raw data
traffic and any type of content services in both mobile and fixed networks. The 
solution includes a new range of value-added services optimised for increasing  
ARPU. Tecnotree Convergent Charging has been pre-integrated with network        
equipment from leading network vendors, and supports simultaneous use of        
different network standards including GSM, TDMA and CDMA.
