TECNOMEN LIFETREE'S NEW SHARES REGISTERED IN TRADE REGISTER, LISTING PROSPECTUS APPROVED

TECNOMEN LIFETREE'S NEW SHARES REGISTERED IN TRADE REGISTER, LISTING PROSPECTUS 
APPROVED                                                                        

13,676,658 new shares were subscribed for in the share issue of Tecnomen        
Corporation on 6 May 2009. The shares have been registered in the Trade Register
today. Accordingly, the Company's new number of shares amounts to 72,953,736    
shares. Furthermore, the Company's new official name Tecnomen Lifetree          
Corporation has been registered in the Trade Register today. The Company uses,  
however, the name Tecnotree in its activity and the new internet address of the 
company is www.tecnotree.com.                                                   

The Board of Directors of Tecnomen Lifetree has drawn up a Listing Prospectus on
the share issue and the quoting of the shares on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The       
Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the Listing Prospectus. The  
Listing Prospectus is available on Company's internet site at www.tecnotree.com 
as of 12 May 2009. A printed copy of the Listing Prospectus will be available at
corporate headquarters at Finnoonniitynkuja 4, Espoo, as of 13 May 2009 and the

The new shares that have now been registered are estimated to be traded on
