TECNOMEN LIFETREE CORPORATION'S PROSPECTS FOR 2009                              

In its interim report published on 28 April 2009, Tecnomen Lifetree Corporation 
has given the following statement of the prospects for the whole year:          

“Because of the overall economic situation, the state of the market in          
Tecnomen's business sector, and pending completion of the acquisition of        
Lifetree Convergence Ltd, the Company is not making any estimates for 2009 at   
this stage.                                                                     

Variations between quarterly figures are expected to be considerable.”          

After the acquisition of Lifetree on 6 May 2009, the company has made           
evaluations of the prospects for the rest of the year. The big orders           
anticipated by the company will come later than expected. Consequently, net     
sales and operating profit of the first half of the year are expected to stay   
clearly lower than last year. Net sales and operating profit of the second half 
of the year are estimated to be clearly better than in the first half of the    
year. The whole year pro forma (whole year consolidations of Tecnomen and       
Lifetree) net sales and operating profit are estimated to stay lower than last  
year.                                                                           

The integration of Tecnomen and Lifetree goes according to plans and the        
acquisition is expected to create considerable synergy benefits.
