TECNOMEN HAS RECEIVED TWO NEW ORDERS WORTH 6 MILLION EUROS

Tecnomen has received two major Messaging system expansion orders in Africa and 
Middle East with a total value of 6 million euros. These projects will be       
delivered during the second half of this year.                                  

"These orders show Tecnomen gaining positive traction with Next Generation      
messaging technology in Middle East and Africa. They also prove Tecnomen's firm 
commitment to the fast growing Middle Eastern and African telecommunications    
market" says Mr Matias Sillanpää, Managing Director, Tecnomen Middle East.      

These orders are noteworthy due to their size and the fact that they further    
strengthen the Messaging business unit's position in emerging markets, where    
subscriber number growth continues to be strong.
