TECNOMEN HAS RECEIVED NEW ORDERS WORTH 7.5 MILLION DOLLARS FROM LATIN AMERICA   

Tecnomen has received major expansion orders for its Convergent Charging        
solution in Latin America. The expansion orders are in total USD 7.5 million,   
and will be delivered during the second quarter of 2008.                        

The Tecnomen Convergent Charging solution includes functionality for prepaid and
post-paid billing, charging and rating of voice calls, video calls, raw data    
traffic and any type of content services in both mobile and fixed networks. The 
solution includes a new range of value-added services optimised for increasing  
ARPU. Tecnomen Convergent Charging has been pre-integrated with network         
equipment from leading network vendors, and supports simultaneous use of        
different network standards including GSM, TDMA and CDMA.
