The holdings of Atul Chopra have exceeded one twentieth (1/20) threshold in
Tecnomen Corporation.
The total share holdings and options of Atul Chopra have increased up to
4,817,692 shares representing 6.60 per cent of the voting rights in Tecnomen
Corporation excluding the options.
