Leading South East African Operator selects Tecnotree for customer experience driven BSS Transformation

Espoo, Finland -Tecnotree, a global provider of telecom IT solutions, today announces that it has been selected by leading South East African operator, to deliver a full BSS transformation project. Via a suite of services, the operator’s subscriber base will benefit from an enriched integrated customer experience. The order is worth USD 8 million and deliveries are expected to be completed in 2017.

The multi-year strategic project will see Tecnotree deploy a complete BSS platform transformation based on Tecnotree Agility^TM Enterprise Suite of products, comprising of Unified Product Catalog, Customer Lifecycle Management, Convergent Billing System, Loyalty & Campaign Management System and Tecnotree Application Platforms. The operator has initiated the project to offer unmatched omni-channel customer experience to drive customer value across their quad play offerings on GSM, FXL, ISP and IPTV.
