The proposal of the administrator for a restructuring programme

The District Court of Espoo has on 11.4.2016 by a decision 16/5380 started the processing of the Proposal of the administrator for a restructuring programme of Tecnotree Oyj. The Creditors have had a chance to present objections and written statements regarding the programme.

The District Court of Espoo has on 24.5.2016 reserved a chance for the administrator to modify the programme if needed by 10.6.2016.

The District Court of Espoo has on 10.6.2016 by a decision 16/8951 prolonged the deadline for the filing of the modified restructuring programme until 30.9.2016.
