Tecnotree’s Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2014

Tecnotree will disclose its financial statements bulletin for year 2013 on Wednesday, 5^th February 2014, week 6.

Tecnotree’s interim reports in 2014 will be released as follows:

- Interim report 1-3/2014: Tuesday, 29^th April 2014, week 18
- Interim report 1-6/2014: Wednesday, 13^th August 2014, week 33
- Interim report 1-9/2014: Wednesday, 29^th October 2014, week 44

A briefing will be held for analysts, investors and media after the publication of these reports.

The company applies a three (3) weeks closed period before the publication date of the annual or interim report. During this time the company refrains from discussing with representatives of the capital markets and the media about the financial position or business operations of Tecnotree.
