The Convergent Billing platform powers over 60 million subscribers and significantly enhances their customer lifecycle management with Tecnotree’ s Unified Product Catalogue and enriches the overall 360 degree customer experience.

The system will enable the operator to manage their end-to-end subscriber lifecycle across different business lines, reduce operational and maintenance costs, increase revenue by cross selling and enhance customer experience as well as loyalty of subscribers.
