Tecnotree appointed to replace competitor’s legacy solution in Brazil

Espoo, Finland – Leading IT solutions provider Tecnotree, today announced it is working with a leading operator group in Latin America to consolidate and modernise its back-end processes related to call completion services in Brazil.

By replacing existing legacy systems, the operator is set to boost customer loyalty and improve its internal operations.

Taking place from Q2 2013, Tecnotree’s geo-redundant Tecnotree Agility^TM Call Completion solution will serve 9 million mobile subscribers and offer them reachability services such as Voicemail and Notify Me. In essence, this will result in cost savings for both the operator and subscribers, due to the consolidated architecture based on blade technology.
