TECNOTREE APPOINTS KAJ HAGROS AS PRESIDENT AND CEO AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2010

TECNOTREE APPOINTS KAJ HAGROS AS PRESIDENT AND CEO AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2010       

The Board of Directors of Tecnotree has appointed Mr. Kaj Hagros as President   
and CEO of the company as of November 1, 2010. The interim President and CEO Mr.
Eero Mertano will leave his position on October 31.                             

Prior to joining Tecnotree, Kaj Hagros served as Managing Director and Chief    
Operating Officer at Fox Mobile Group, a wholly-owned division of News          
Corporation (NASDAQ: NWS).

through management positions in large organizations such as Nokia and News Corp,
as well as entrepreneurial growth companies. This coupled with his global       
exposure and inspirational leadership makes the profile the board was looking

IT solutions supplier for telecom operators and service providers across our key
markets in Europe, Africa, Middle-East, Latin America and Asia-Pacific”, says

Biography of Kaj Hagros                                                         

Kaj Hagros (39) has over 15 years of experience in the software and mobile      
industries with management positions in sales, marketing, and operations in     
Europe, US and Asia-Pacific. During last 9 months he has advised the Tecnotree  
strategy process. Prior to joining Tecnotree, Kaj Hagros served as Managing     
Director and Chief Operating Officer at Fox Mobile Group, a wholly-owned        
division of News Corporation (NASDAQ: NWS). Earlier Hagros worked for 6 years   
for First Hop, and continued with Airwide Solutions that acquired the company.  
Kaj Hagros began his career at Nokia Networks, ending his 7-year-tenure as the  
Head of Strategy and Business Development for Mobile Internet Applications.     
Hagros has a M.Sc. (Eng) degree in at the Helsinki University of Technology and 
the Trium MBA from the London School of Economics and Political Science, the    
Paris HEC School of Management and from New York University's Leonard N. Stern  
School of Business. Kaj Hagros is Finnish by nationality, and lives in Helsinki 
with his wife and two children.
