TECNOMEN RECEIVES A SIGNIFICANT ORDER FROM EADS SECURE NETWORKS IN GERMANY      

Tecnomen has received a significant order for its TETRA SDSC and Messaging      
solution from EADS Secure Networks. The solution will be deployed onto the      
German public safety authority digital radio network Bundesanstalt für den      
Digitalfunk der Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben (BDBOS) in  
the first half of 2008.
                                                         
This delivery complements the nationwide digital radio network that is currently
installed by EADS Secure Networks for German security authorities and           
organisations (BOS).
                                                            
Public authorities have displayed increased interest in voice and short         
messaging services. In response to this growing demand, Tecnomen offers         
Messaging Solutions to the public authority market.
                             
The Tecnomen Short Data Service (SDS) Centre delivers a feature-rich range of   
text message services that may be easily customised and integrated with existing
TETRA services. The SDS Centre also enables the store and forward functionality 
for SDS messages.

large-scale solution for TETRA networks. PMR Messaging consists of a range of   
services and greater access for new user groups in the form of voice and fax
