TECNOMEN HAS RECEIVED A NEW ORDER WORTH USD 2.7 MILLION FROM LATIN AMERICA      

Tecnomen has received a major order for its Convergent Charging and Next        
Generation Messaging solutions from a new operator in Latin America. Both       
solutions will be delivered during the third quarter of 2008.                   

The Tecnomen Convergent Charging solution includes functionality for prepaid and
post-paid billing, charging and rating of voice calls, video calls, raw data    
traffic and any type of content services in both mobile and fixed networks. The 
solution includes a new range of value-added services optimised for increasing  
ARPU. Tecnomen Convergent Charging has been pre-integrated with network         
equipment from leading network vendors, and supports simultaneous use of        
different network standards including GSM, TDMA and CDMA.                       

The Tecnomen Next Generation Messaging solution includes the most advanced      
technologies on the market for meeting the needs of mobile subscribers today and
tomorrow. Operators and service providers can use the Tecnomen Messaging        
solution to create service packages tailored for their individual requirements, 
an thus provide their customers with the advanced added-value services required 
to succeed in today's competitive market.
