Division Bench of the High Court of Delhi has dismissed the appeal made by Atul Chopra regarding the execution petition

Atul Chopra, a former board member of Tecnotree Corporation, had filed an appeal before the Division Bench of the High Court of Delhi, India regarding the High Court of Delhi’s decision on the execution petition. The said appeal was dismissed by the Court on 4 September 2012. The Court held that there was no compromise decree between the parties in accordance with the law and that the parties had agreed that all disputes relating to the Settlement Agreement shall be resolved in arbitration.
