CEO OF TECNOTREE CHANGES
The Board of Directors of Tecnotree has nominated Mr. Eero Mertano, Vice
President BSS/OSS, as interim President and CEO of the Company from 2nd of
October 2009. The existing President and CEO Mr. Jarmo Niemi will leave his
position due to health reasons. He will continue for the time being with
specific tasks assigned to him by the Board.
As of 2nd of October the Management Board of Tecnotree is comprised of Eero
Mertano, Atul Chopra, Naim Kazi and Tuomas Wegelius.
