Mauritius Telecom launches my.t Selfcare powered by Tecnotree My Life Dashboard self-service platform for subscribers

Tecnotree, a global provider of telecom IT solutions, today announces that it has successfully completed a project to help Mauritius Telecom to launch their my.t Selfcare web application for subscribers. The my.t Selfcare application is based on the Tecnotree My Life Dashboard product that has powered other operators in the African market as well to extend their care and service management functions to subscribers for 24/7 real-time, on-demand access.

The my.t Selfcare web application was launched for over a million retail subscribers of Mauritius Telecom. The new Selfcare will bring in all the relevant service, offerings & account information at the fingertips of Mauritius Telecom Subscribers along with 24/7 support services. The browser based responsive web application can be accessed from desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. The application creates a personalized dashboard for users and offers different services for both Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers. It allows users to securely browse various offers, bundles and available packages using a intuitive User Interface, complete the purchase journey for selected offers, top-up existing accounts or subscribe to new services, view and pay bills, as well as create and follow support requests for issue resolution.
